Terms & conditions
These terms apply when you register for or attend The Greatest Real Estate Summit · Online (Sat 19 – Sun 20 Dec 2026, 9 AM – 6 PM IST, on Zoom), organised by Dev Gadhvi Creations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By buying a ticket, you agree to them.
1. Your ticket
- One ticket gives one registered person access to the live summit on Zoom, for the pass you bought.
- Your Zoom joining link is personal. Don't share or resell it. We may remove anyone who joins on a shared link.
- Prices are shown with GST added separately, unless stated otherwise.
- Your ticket is confirmed by email and WhatsApp after payment.
2. Refunds and transfers
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person before the summit starts. Full details are in our Refund & Transfer Policy.
3. Education only, not advice
The summit is educational. Nothing shared by any speaker, in any session, workbook, chat or recording is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any property or asset. Real estate involves risk. Past results of any person or project do not guarantee future results, and no outcome or return is promised. Do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before you invest.
Any property, project or opportunity mentioned at the summit is for illustration. If you choose to deal with any third party, that decision and its risks are yours.
4. Schedule and speakers
The summit runs Sat 19 and Sun 20 Dec 2026, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Session order, timings and topics may change. If a speaker can't attend for reasons beyond our control, we may replace them or change the session. That is not grounds for a refund.
5. Recordings
Access to recordings depends on the pass you bought and is for your personal use only. Don't download, copy, share or republish recordings. CONFIRM RECORDING POLICY
6. Content and intellectual property
All summit content, including sessions, frameworks, slides, workbooks and recordings, belongs to us or the speakers. You may use it for your own learning. You may not record, screenshot for distribution, resell, or publish it without written permission.
7. Conduct
Be respectful in chat and Q&A. No spam, selling, promotion, abuse or sharing of other attendees' details. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.
8. Being filmed or quoted
Sessions may be recorded. If you turn on your camera, speak, or post in chat, your name, image and comments may appear in the recording. If you don't want this, keep your camera off and use the anonymous Q&A where available.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss arising from decisions you make based on summit content, or for interruptions caused by Zoom, internet outages or events beyond our control. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the ticket price you paid.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of ADD CITY.
