This policy explains how Dev Gadhvi Creations Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you register for The Greatest Real Estate Summit · Online (Sat 19 – Sun 20 Dec 2026, 9 AM – 6 PM IST, on Zoom) or visit this page.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, city, and anything you write in forms, chat or Q&A.
- Payment details: payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive confirmation of your payment, but we do not see or store your full card or bank details.
- Usage data: device, browser, pages visited and how you arrived at this page (for example from an ad), through cookies and similar tools such as the Meta Pixel and analytics tools.
- Attendance data: join and leave times and your display name on Zoom.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your ticket and send your Zoom link, reminders and updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- To process transfers and answer support requests.
- To run the summit and keep it safe.
- To tell you about future events, programmes and content from Dev Gadhvi and Passionpreneur. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads.
3. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the summit, such as our payment gateway, Zoom, email and WhatsApp messaging tools, our landing page platform, and analytics and advertising partners such as Meta. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and as required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it earlier, subject to those legal requirements.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Email support@devgadhvi.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email support@devgadhvi.com.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
