Refund & transfer policy
This policy applies to every ticket for The Greatest Real Estate Summit · Online (Sat 19 – Sun 20 Dec 2026, 9 AM – 6 PM IST, on Zoom).
1. No refunds
All ticket sales are final. Once your payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, whether you change your mind, can no longer attend, or miss part or all of the live sessions.
2. Transferring your ticket
If you can't attend, you can pass your ticket to someone else at no extra cost.
- Email support@devgadhvi.com from the email address you registered with.
- Include your order or payment ID, and the new attendee's full name, email and mobile number.
- Send the request before the summit starts on Sat 19 Dec 2026, 9 AM IST.
- Once we confirm, your ticket and Zoom access move to the new attendee and your own access ends.
- A ticket can be transferred once. The same pass type and inclusions carry over.
3. Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher pass before the summit by paying the difference, subject to availability. Email support@devgadhvi.com. CONFIRM UPGRADES ALLOWED
4. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, or money left your account but no ticket was issued, email support@devgadhvi.com with proof of payment. After we verify it, we refund the extra or failed amount to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days. CONFIRM TIMELINE
5. If we change or cancel the summit
If we have to move the summit to new dates, your ticket stays valid for the new dates. If we cancel the summit and don't reschedule it, we refund the ticket price you paid. CONFIRM
6. Your own connection
The summit runs live on Zoom. You are responsible for your device and internet connection. Missing sessions because of technical problems on your side is not grounds for a refund.
